Internships are an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical knowledge and experience in their field of interest. Nioline offers internships to deserving students to help sharpen their skills and gain industry exposure.

Currently, Nioline offers technical internships in areas such as Website Development, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and other related fields. We also provide research-based internships for M.Tech and Ph.D. students in the fields of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. These internships provide an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in your chosen field.

The minimum duration for internships at Nioline is three months, and the maximum duration is one year. This flexible duration allows students to choose an internship that best fits their academic schedule and career goals.

Selection Criteria

Candidates for internships at Nioline will be selected through two ways.

Three-Stage Interview Process

Only the best candidates will be selected for the internship program, who will clear the following three steps: Telephonic Round, Expert Round, and HR Round. Each round is designed to assess the candidate's skills, knowledge, and cultural fit for the organization. Successful completion of all rounds will ensure that candidates are well-prepared for the challenges and responsibilities of the internship role.

Direct Entry to HR Round

Students who perform exceptionally well in the Industry Projects offered by Nioline will get direct entry to the HR round. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise in front of industry experts, increasing your chances of securing an internship or full-time position within top companies. It also helps you stand out in a competitive job market and build valuable professional connections.

Get Certified, Stand Out

Letter of Recommendation (LOR)

Students who excel during their internship will receive a Letter of Recommendation.
Exceptional interns may also be considered for future job opportunities at Nioline, provided they meet specific criteria.

Technical Internship

Complete all assigned tasks accurately, achieve the desired results, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and consistently meet project deadlines with attention to detail and quality.

Research Internship

Publish research work in UGC Care List Journals, SCI/SCIE/SSCI indexed journals, or conferences, or successfully file a patent, showcasing innovation and making a significant contribution to the field.
